Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive
After a full day and night of heavy rain, I didn’t expect to go out birding today. But this morning the rain let up and Lynn suggested that we should take a drive through Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. It was very windy and not as much as usual was out. However, I’m glad we did as there were some Egrets eating and Harriers making low flybys.

Despite the wind, there were some great photo opportunities today. The cloudiness made for some nice even lighting and when the sun poked through it was still nice.
